using words like "toxins, wellness, natural, alternative, cleanse"
they'll convince you they're your friend,
but all they do is take...

Caution is the box we put unproven treatments in,
when tested and proved to work, we call it medicine,
but this simple doctrine is not the way they operate...

Behind their sanguine smile is nothing but a snake,
we have a word for them,
what sound does a duck make?
[QUACK!!]

Science is their greatest ally, if it supports their claim,
but a blind or spiteful evil if it casts them out in shame,
and of course they're never the one to blame, it's a conspiracy of the state...

In white coats and stethoscopes they camouflage themself,
to hunt the vulnerable and gullible gazelle, to strip them of their wealth,
and to trust them with your health,
would be a grave mistake...

They'll hang you up there by your ankles and they'll shake,
we have a word for them,

They promise to cure me of my ails, or to shed me of my weight.
They promise what they think I want to hear,
they'll promise anything...
but after all they give me nothing...
Nothing but heartache...

trusting these charlatans, these frauds, these fakes.
